We value you and your time, so we wanted to provide a few tips for completing this application:

• Please review our Visit Terms and Conditions before submitting this application. Some requests may be accommodated while others may not be, depending on the scope and expectations of what our Field Experience teams can manage, both in the United States and in the National Offices. We are excited to work with you to plan a meaningful experience between you and your sponsored child.
• This application must be submitted at least 3 months prior to your requested visit date, and not more than 8 months.
• At this time, Sponsors are permitted to schedule 1 visit every 6 months.
• This application takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
• Please ensure you have access to the following information: Child ID(s), Sponsor Number, and your in-country hotel/address.
  • Your Sponsor Number can be found by logging in to your Compassion account; it is located under the “About You” section. Your sponsored Child ID number will be listed under the “Commitments” header, the number will be listed under the child’s name.
• There are administrative fees associated with a visit: $250 for each Sponsor, $75 for each additional adult non‑Sponsor guest, and $25 for minors attending the visit. The administrative fee covers background checks. If two or more Sponsors attend a visit together and are visiting their own Participant(s), each Sponsor must pay the full $250 administrative fee.
• After your visit is approved, you will be sent a registration link. You will need to register and pay the $100 non-refundable application fee to begin planning your visit (this fee is applied towards your total admin fees). A Field Experience planner will be working closely with you to plan your experience and keep you informed of the itinerary and all expenses to be paid in advance of your visit. Some visit costs may also require you to pay in country. Your Field Experience planner will guide you through all of these details.
